Iron Pony Adventure Park
At Chincoteague Island’s only High Ropes Challenge Course, Iron Pony Adventure Park, guests can challenge themselves by climbing to new heights and experience the thrill of 30+ aerial obstacles on two full levels. Throughout their adventure guests move from platform to platform by traversing different obstacles like ladders, tight ropes, balance beams, wobbly bridges, spinning logs, and cargo nets.
For Iron Pony’s bravest and most adventurous guests, there’s the Pony Plunge, a 26-foot-high leap of faith! For the duration of their time on the course, guests are fully secured with professional-grade, climbing and challenge course safety equipment including full-body harnesses, “smart” belay lanyards, locking carabiners, and helmets. Pony Adventure Park also features 1,400+ square feet of semi-private, outdoor party and gathering space, equipped with picnic tables, umbrellas and games. Perfect for birthday, bachelor or bachelorette parties, youth group gatherings, school field trips, company team building retreats, you name it!
