An event to thank dedicated volunteers who helped install Accomack County’s first oyster castles & living shoreline.  Volunteers are invited enjoy warm beverages & delicious food at the Field Station, watch a slideshow of volunteer accomplishments from this past year, learn about ways to stay involved in 2015, & go home with their own Greenbackville oyster ornament. Public Information Session on Environmental Work Following Antares Launch Failure
NASA WFF Visitor Center. 6PM - 8PM. Subject matter experts from Wallops’ environmental team will answer questions about mishap’s environmental impact on Wallops Island as well as testing & remediation efforts conducted to date & planned for the future. In addition, launch & range safety officials will speak about safety processes & procedures before, during, & after launch operations.

Island Theatre featuring Bill Toms & Hard Rain. Come out for a fun evening of music & dancing & watch the horseshoe drop across the street afterwards. 8:00PM - 11:30PM. Doors open at 7:30PM.
